| Homemade Volcano | | May 05, 2006 | << More to News | | At Kids Kare Schools preschoolers are constantly engaged in fun enriching activities. This week the science project they have experienced was a “Homemade Volcano”. At first they constructed the volcano mixing flour, salt and water, kneading the dough and molding it into a volcano shape and baking it. The following day by creating a chemical reaction using baking soda and vinegar they actually caused they volcanoes to erupt! The children and staff loved this exciting activity and did not want to stop creating the red volcanic flow! |
