Kids learn about Sports, different types of sports including Opponent/Team sports, Racing sports, & Achievement Sports. We learned that sports are either human powered like running & swimming, human assisted- such as Cycling, rowing or Skiing, or Externally Powered- such as Motor racing, or sailing. The idea is to get kids interested in physical fitness, which will give them a healthy jump start into the years to come. Plus, it's fun to come to school for dress up days.
