The Chinese new year is February 1 and this week we had so much fun celebrating it. To incorporate the culture and the celebration we read books on families and their traditions, played games and created some beautiful crafts such as lanterns. During this week we also had the oppurtunity to try steam rice and the best part is we try using chopsticks to eat it. We love learning about different cultures and their celebrations.
