At the begining of this year we were introduced to sight words. Sight words are common words that are found in our everyday reading and can easily be recognized. We are introduced to two new sight words every week. During the week we spot them in readings and we practice tracing and writing the words out. And by the end of the week we're able to recognize them around the room, in books and hear them when we use them. We just love reading! |
