Each year, just after Thanksgiving, we get a visitor! Our Elf on the shelf returns to play tricks on us and to report back to the North Pole whether our kids have been naughty or nice!
What is Elf on the Shelf? It's a fun-filled Christmas tradition that's captured the hearts of children everywhere who welcome home one of Santa’s scout elves each holiday season. The elves are magical helpers that help Santa Claus manage his naughty and nice lists by reporting back to him at the North Pole nightly.
Our kiddos love this tradition! Each day they come into school, their elf has snuck around the campus and gotten into some sort of silly trouble! They love finding where he or she has hidden and seeing if there was a note left! |
