The discussion involved different aspects of the Laotian culture such as taking off your shoes when entering a home and bowing to show respect. The children were also treated to an authentic Laotian dance, and then had the opportunity to learn the moves of Ms. Nancy's and Barbra's "special dance" which is preformed during special occasions. To finish the visit we were taught to say "hello" and "goodbye" in Laotian.
