This week we are discussing and being introduced to new cultures and different heritages. Our first lesson was about Native Americans. We were introduced to some of their arts and how they lived many years ago from building tents to their outfits they would make to wear. We also learned about pilgrims and the ships they would build to travel across seas. After learning about Native Americans and Pilgrims, we turned to some arts and crafts. We made talking sticks and we also made our very own butter. This week we have learned so much and are happy to put it into our own experience. |
