For the whole month of November, we're learnig everything that revolves around Thanksgiving day! From learning about the Native Americans and the Pilgrims, we studied how they would harvest and grow their own vegatbles and crops. From corn to squash and even making their own dairy products such as butter. We wanted to experience this as well, so we decided to make our very own butter. We tossed in some milk and salt into a jar and started shaking those jars. To our suprise we made some butter! We got to enjoy our very own butter with crackers and boy, was it delicious! |
