Last week we learned all about what it takes to stay healthy. We learned that a part of staying healthy requires us to eat healthy and by taking care of our hygiene with baths and brushing our teeths. We then took a field trip to our neighborhood market to learn about all the different types of food that keeps us healthy. From fruits and vegetables to fish and dairy, we learned the importance of these food items to help keep us strong and healthy. Now we're taking what we learned and we're going to make sure we brush our teeths, take baths and eat our fruits and vegetables!
