We practice family style dinning for all of our meals! We do this to help encourage healthy eating, engage in conversations, and to model self serving. The children love sitting down with their teachers to enjoy their meals. They also love the idea of enjoying conversations and their food with them. We also make sure that they try everything on their plate as well as their cup of milk. Being able to sit with their friends and to follow by example is definitely a benifit to help them stay healthy!
