Transportation is one of the themes preschoolers at Kids Kare Schools explore in January. Traveling by land, sea or air, are all means of transportation children will discuss and become familiar with. Children will be experimenting with painting using toy cars, create “banana boats” to sail on blue Jelllo, and observe tracks of various vehicles over playdough, mud and sand. Children will also build their own school bus in which they will take their dolls to school. One of the highlight of this theme is a field trip to an airport where children have a unique opportunity to examine real airplanes from up close! |
